 1. Make a list of the things in your life that are stressing you out.

2. Divide those items into things you CAN control (yourself) and things you can’t control (other people, the future). 

3. Of the things you can control, list the action items you can take and TAKE ACTION. 

4. Of the things you can’t control, identify which of your thoughts and feelings you can change.
