Hi Rachel,
You mentioned in one of the trainings that you have a video on using Trello and google calendar for the brain dump and scheduling of activities. I'd love to watch that, can you provide a link?
Thanks,
Emily
Emily,
I recently asked Rachel the same question, and she responded to me in an email.... Rachel, I really appreciate you taking the time to send this response and I hope it is okay that I am passing the information on to Emily (and anyone else that can read the forums)

- Doing a dump of tasks
- Creating tasks blocks
- Creating a Master Schedule that includes task blocks, planning time, and your Alignment activities
- Each week, recording that week's tasks into your tasks blocks sheet.
- Putting that week's tasks into your calendar.
(Let me know if you have questions about any of that.)
- Task dumps can be done in Trello. https://trello.com/b/oWXd1BuQ/tasks-dump&source=gmail&ust=1557857735555000&usg=AFQjCNFMy3PEN-JjzDsQ0JphvZqogqIT4 A">Here's an example of what that board mighhttps://trello.com/b/oWXd1BuQ/tasks-dump&source=gmail&ust=1557857735555000&usg=AFQjCNFMy3PEN-JjzDsQ0JphvZqogqIT4 A">t look like.

@w84jen Thanks for posting!
@emjaywright Yes, the video I originally created isn't working correctly.
AND - I'm thinking of improving the "Overcoming Overwhelm" program. In my new version, I'll definitely have that training on video.
In the meantime, please do see the post above.... and reach out if you have any questions about it! I'd be happy to walk through it with you.
